Key Responsibilities

As a seasoned financial professional, you will be responsible for leading teams and managing AUM, billing, and cash flow operations. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business growth and ensuring operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • Financial Knowledge: A strong understanding of financial principles, including investment accounts, is essential. A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
  • Experience in Leading Teams: Proven leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback, are necessary. Alternatively, a minimum of three years' experience in a back-office or administrative environment in the financial services industry is required.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The ability to think logically and solve problems effectively is critical. You must be able to work efficiently under pressure and maintain strict deadlines.
  • Curiosity for Learning: A desire to learn processes and improve operational efficiencies is essential for success in this role.
  • Collaborative Communication: A collaborative spirit that fosters effective teamwork and communication is necessary for success in this role.
  • Relationship Building: A track record of building strong working relationships with various stakeholders is essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to disseminate information effectively to colleagues and key stakeholders is required.

The base salary range is $90,000 – 105,000 annually plus a competitive performance bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
