We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at JBRINE 6179 LUNDY'S LANE GP INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient motel operations.
- Perform supervisory duties, including preparing and submitting reports, and assisting clients/guests with special needs.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hotel or motel industry.
