Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at JBRINE 6179 LUNDY'S LANE GP INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient motel operations.
- Perform supervisory duties, including preparing and submitting reports, and coordinating with staff to achieve business objectives.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
The successful candidate will work in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, with a team of 3-4 people. The work environment is fast-paced, with a large workload and standing for extended periods.
