  • Case Management: Ensure the thorough management of client files from inception to closure, maintaining organization, updates, and preparedness for hearings or negotiations.
  • Drafting of Legal Documents: Prepare high-quality legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements that meet legal standards and court requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
