We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Operations Support professional to join our team at Onico Solutions. As a Technical Operations Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Windows Server environments, as well as expertise in the support and maintenance of Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 Suite. A minimum of two years of related experience in server and system support, and one year in a client/server environment; MCSA certification or higher is a plus.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Installation, configuration, and support of a wide variety of client and server-based applications in a complex multi-user environment.
- Deployment and support of enterprise backup and recovery strategies.
- Virtual desktop infrastructure and administration.
- Basic networking concepts, including routing, subnets, and firewalls.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per annum, with a bonus target of 8%.
