About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Arokaya Healing Wellness Centre Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective support to ensure the well-being of our staff and clients.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as other administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our spa.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain our high standards of service.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to staff on matters related to productivity, product quality, and workplace safety.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our spa staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to ensure that our spa operates smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
