Job Description

This is a supervisory role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Wolverton facility. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility, as well as providing support to hourly production employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly production employees
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility
  • Conduct audits and investigations as needed
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new computer and software systems
  • Valid G driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Active Standard First Aid CPR A + AED
  • Successful criminal record check required
Working Conditions
  • Work is performed indoors in an office setting and outside with exposure to all types of weather conditions
  • Work at a fast pace
  • Work in tight spaces
  • Working at a height of approximately 15 ft. above ground
Physical Requirements
  • Good sense of balance
  • Lift (including above head), push, pull, or carry up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, grip
  • Ability to get in/out of vehicles driver side door with minimal door opening clearance
  • Good visual ability
