Transform lives through beautiful home décor. At Urban Barn, we're passionate about helping people create homes they love. As a Store Supervisor at our DIX-30 store in Brossard, QC, you'll enrich the customer experience while growing your experience with a well-known Canadian retailer.

As a leader in our inspiring furniture and home décor store, you'll collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

We're looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers in their decor choices
  • Open, prepare and close the store
  • Train and coach team members
  • Supports operational tasks for stock and merchandising
  • Ensure the performance of the store
  • Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What You Bring:

  • At least 2 years of Retail sales experience
  • Experience in Customer Service Leadership
  • A passion for interior décor and merchandising
  • Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
  • The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
