Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at MindJeweller Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and making strategic decisions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and executive staff
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel regularly
Work Environment:

The Executive Director will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
