About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to join our client in the insurance industry. In this role, you will help transition the team to Agile methodologies, improve workflows, and enhance collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach the Scrum team on Agile principles to ensure high-quality delivery of products and services.
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach the team on self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication.
  • Help the team identify and address roadblocks ensuring smooth delivery of projects and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage sprint backlogs, project tasks, and dependencies with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive decision-making and align project objectives with business goals.
  • Create and execute impactful marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and drive product adoption.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • At least 4 years of product or project development experience or 3 years on an Agile team or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at various levels of an organization.
  • Understanding of facilitation techniques.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Smartsheet, and Mural.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) or traditional project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and technologies, including AI tools.
  • Marketing management experience (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with AI tools (nice to have).
  • Experience with Smartsheet (nice to have).
About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $55.77 to $66.41 per hour, based on experience, along with a 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment. The work schedule includes weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with flexible options and hybrid work arrangements.
