About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Senior UX Researchers, UX designers, and product managers, to identify and refine research goals and strategies.
  • Develop and implement research methodologies that combine qualitative and quantitative methods to inform product design and development.
  • Plan and scope research approaches to ensure they meet project timelines and goals.
  • Lead a broad range of generative and evaluative research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
  • Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to translate research insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate research findings to stakeholders through written reports and presentations.
  • Manage participant recruitment processes and databases.
  • Create research artifacts, documentation, and training materials to support team members in user research best practices.

Requirements

  • You will have a degree in Psychology (Social, Cognitive), Human Computer Interaction, Sociology, or a related field, or equivalent industry and/or education experience.
  • You will have 3+ years industry experience designing and conducting research using multiple research methodologies.
  • You will have a portfolio that contains case studies highlighting your research skills in complex systems, demonstrating your process, outcomes, and effect.
  • You will have solid data analysis skills, including familiarity with statistical analysis software and qualitative analysis tools.
  • You will have experience tailoring and presenting research findings to different audiences, including product managers, designers, and engineers.
