We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator at Phoenix Search Group Inc. to support the implementation, execution and monitoring of our Corporate and Compliance policies, frameworks and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years experience in Legal and/or compliance in a financial or insurance institution, with excellent communication and influencing skills.

This is a 6 month Contract role with an estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development, implementation and management of our Vendor Management Program
  • Assisting with Client Questionnaires and RFPs
  • Assisting with regulatory compliance and privacy programs
  • Participating in various projects pertaining to Legal and Compliance as requested
  • SUPPORTING AN EFFECTIVE BUSINESS COMPLIANCE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AND FOSTERING AWARENESS OF THE COMPANY'S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES THROUGH REGULAR TOUCHPOINTS, TRAINING AND ON-GOING SUPPORT

Please note that this is a contract role and not a full-time position.
