Job Title: Implementation Consultant Full Time

About the Role:

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of HRIS/HCM solutions for our clients. This will involve working closely with our clients' Human Resources teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

You will have a strong background in technology implementation and consulting, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field. You will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of HRIS/HCM solutions for clients
  • Work closely with clients' Human Resources teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of HRIS/HCM solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the implementation process

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technology implementation and consulting
