Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs, including mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Stay up-to-date on cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, with attention to detail, and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will also be able to work under pressure and maintain a client-focused approach.
