Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a secure and accurate manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Assist with clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, presenting menus, and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Perform sensory evaluation of wines and make recommendations to customers.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide personalized service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment:

The Server will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The Server will work 35 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the restaurant.
