In this position, you will:
- Share knowledge about product roadmaps, learning content, and important updates.
- Provide regular guidance and operational support for the PartnerEdge program.
- Help partners maximize the value of their partnership.
- Manage proactive services and targeted campaigns at scale.
- Stay informed about technology trends and SAP strategy to influence partner product and GTM strategy.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, Business One technical support teams, and partners.
- Foster a sense of partner community.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in support, marketing, sales, or Partner Management roles.
- A bachelor's degree, MBA/master's degree, or equivalent preferred.
- A service-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently, learn, and adapt quickly.
- Advanced English required, both written and spoken.
