About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our team at Neo Financial. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing Neo Financial at various activation events, including malls, campuses, local businesses, and large retail partners. Your primary goal will be to acquire customers by signing them up for the Neo Credit card, the Neo Money account, and other Neo products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Neo Financial at activation events and engage with customers to promote our products
  • Acquire customers by signing them up for the Neo Credit card, the Neo Money account, and other Neo products
  • Meet or exceed sales targets to qualify for full-time employment with benefits

  • A guaranteed hourly rate of $20.00, plus commission paid instantly at the point of sale
  • Additional performance bonuses for exceeding sales targets

Requirements
  • Enthusiasm to share Neo Financial's products with Canadians in your own community
  • Ability to travel across your city to various locations
  • Money motivated individuals with a track record of high performance
  • Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, telemarketing, retail, or marketing is an asset
