MILESTONES GRILL & BAR is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
