Transaction Lifecycle Manager

We are looking for a skilled Transaction Lifecycle Manager to manage the entire transaction lifecycle, from origination to close.

The ideal candidate should possess 7+ years of progressive work experience at an accounting, corporate development, investment banking and/or private equity firm, with experience in managing transactions. The expectation is that the candidate will be able to lead transactions independently.

TRANSACTION LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT

  1. Originate potential deals through network and research.
  2. Qualify targets for fit and deal probability.
  3. Analyze target company financial/operational information.
  4. Form investment strategies and build detailed valuation models.
  5. Negotiate indicative offers and LOIs.
  6. Coordinate due diligence across multiple internal teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 7+ years of progressive work experience at an accounting, corporate development, investment banking and/or private equity firm.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  5. Able to work variable hours and travel when required.
