About the Role

Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work independently with clients at our clinic, providing assessments and designing care plans using evidence-based information and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments in a clinic setting using standardized assessment tools
  • Design care plans based on presenting impairment or diagnosis
  • Provide face-to-face and virtual therapy sessions
  • Partner with clients, family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop care goals and service plans
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Flexible and good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and analytic skills
