About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Product Administrator to join our team at HUB Capital Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to work closely with our clients and ensure seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process business transactions, account updates, and openings at a national level.
  • Act as a liaison with carriers and fund companies on behalf of our clients.
  • Respond to incoming client inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Identify and correct transaction errors in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the investment industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in typing and utilizing computer applications, including the MS Office suite.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $47,000 to $50,000, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and working location.
