Estimated Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards, location, and the level of responsibility associated with this role.

Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and improve staff performance to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Plan and organize daily activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Key Tasks
  1. Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to meet customer demands.
  2. Negotiate with suppliers to secure food and other essential supplies at competitive prices.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  4. Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and excess stock.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to safeguard employees and customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
