Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure adequate stock levels
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
