Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

At Brant Hotel, we are seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to our guests.
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to our guests and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:

  • Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
