Job Summary

The Material Control Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring efficient operational logistics and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and organize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including supply chain management and inventory control
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory levels
  • Coordinate activities with other work units and departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports on material movement and inventory levels
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
