Parts Advisor Opportunity

Cochrane Toyota is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a crucial role in supplying parts and accessories to retail and wholesale customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell parts and accessories that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Receive and ship parts orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and internet leads promptly.
  • Pick daily required parts for technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to service and sale estimates and inquiries.
  • Communicate parts information and status updates to staff members to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Complete local deliveries daily to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain and organize the parts department to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry, with Toyota experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or post-secondary education.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the automotive industry and its complexities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift parts and accessories weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Experience with Xtime, Infostream, and PBS is considered an asset.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
