Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-op Assistant Gas Bar Manager to join our team at Riverbend Co-op. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a culture of safety, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our Gas Bar operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and personalized service to all members and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain Gas Bar standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in supervision in a retail environment, preferably in a Co-op setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on safety, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of integrity and accountability.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
