You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting in the end-to-end process of securing U.S. employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting junior Business Immigration Analysts and reviewing their work.
  • Preparing and submitting complex petitions for employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.
  • Communicating with clients and responding to their inquiries.
  • Leveraging digital tools to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.
  • Staying current on evolving regulations, policies, and trends in U.S. immigration.
