  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical demands of standing for extended periods and lifting
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced food service establishment with a team of 3-4 people. The work environment is physically demanding, and the supervisor must be able to work effectively in a team setting.
