We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Consultant to join our team at Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc. As a Change Management Trainer, you will work alongside our operations teams to deliver measurable and sustainable operational and financial results to our clients across multiple industries.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting training needs assessments
- Designing, adapting, and tailoring training material content to meet client needs
- Managing and delivering training sessions to client managers and front-line supervisors
You will be responsible for updating, enhancing, modifying, and/or creating our training materials based on specific client/project needs, as well as researching and applying leading-edge institutional and educational training technologies.
We are looking for a team player with a strong background in training and development, who is proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools. Fluency in a second language (French) is also required.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs to various management levels across North American industries, including strong one-on-one coaching skills.
We offer a competitive salary, 3 weeks of paid vacation, Christmas time off paid, 10 medical days, and a valid driver's license. A valid passport (American or Canadian) is also required.
