You will work closely with external consulting experts, FCL leaders, and local Co-op leaders to cultivate partnerships and trust with Local Co-ops and FCL departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the real estate transactions on behalf of FCL and the CRS to negotiate purchase or lease agreements.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of potential benefits of proposed property uses, incorporating market trends, zoning regulations, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Partner with expert teams to conceptualize project vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships and cultivate trust with Local Co-ops and FCL departments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and/or real estate acquisitions, dispositions, or leasing.
  • Degree in Business/Commerce, Geography, Real Estate, or Urban Planning (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Project Management Professional Designation would be considered an asset.
