About This Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner.

You will be responsible for supporting our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and implementing Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices effectively.

Key responsibilities include employee relations, health and safety, recruiting, training, time and attendance management, and other tasks as required.

You will act as a liaison between the Operations, Talent, and Development teams and team members.

You will partner with Leadership to drive strategic growth within the Talent and Development team.

You will oversee all communications with employment agencies and assist operations managers.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience in a similar position and knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures are essential.
