We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Education - Instructional Services to join our team at the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of instructional programs and services across our 151 schools.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Supervisory Officers responsible for the leadership and management of families of schools and system-level instructional portfolios.
- Collaborate with the corporate and instructional areas of the board to achieve the system strategic plan.
- Develop and implement instructional programs and services that align with the Board's mission and goals.
- Provide coaching and support to school administrators and teachers to enhance student achievement and wellbeing.
- Build partnerships with parishes, trustees, Ministry of Education, and other education partners to advance Catholic education.
- Qualifications as a Supervisory Officer in the Province of Ontario.
- Religious Education Specialist Certificate.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success in instructional leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to the Catholic faith and to Catholic education.
