We are seeking an experienced professional with a keen artistic eye and a passion for supporting their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a thirst for knowledge, and a willingness to mentor others.

The successful candidate will have experience working with game engines, a deep understanding of animation principles, and expertise in creating animator-friendly rigs in Maya and MotionBuilder. They will also be familiar with tools development in Python and PySide2 or PyQt5, as well as object-oriented programming principles.

Responsibilities will include creating and maintaining complex rigs in Maya, setting up automated pipelines for retargeting animation, and implementing assets in the game engine. You will also collaborate with the team to refine workflows, optimize systems, and improve tool efficiency.
