Job Overview

VetStrategy, a leading veterinary network in Canada, seeks an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team.

This role is critical for delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive environment for our employees. As a Practice Manager at VetStrategy, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive work environment, set clear expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and high-quality care, implement and maintain SOPs, manage scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance.
  • Client Relations: Foster strong client relationships, handle concerns promptly, enhance client retention and satisfaction through feedback and improvements.
Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years of management experience. Healthcare experience is an asset, and strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will have proficient IT and practice management systems skills and be proficient in business administration. A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration is preferred.
