Construction Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Assistant to join our team at Pabyal Construction Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced construction professionals.
- Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
- Ability to work in various locations, including construction sites, and adapt to changing work environments.
- Physical stamina to handle loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced construction setting.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
