About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Professional to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general residential plumbing services to customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Represent Reliance Home Comfort in a professional, courteous, and customer service-oriented manner on each and every interaction.
- Diagnose problems, accurately estimate repair costs, and provide value-added communication with customers.
- Install, maintain, and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment used to distribute, supply, or dispose of water or wastewater.
- Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, including explaining the value of Reliance Home Comfort products and services.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.

Requirements
- A growth mindset, with a focus on dependability, ambition, and a desire to grow with Reliance Home Comfort.
- 306A Apprentice License/Certified Plumber – Mandatory.
- Level 5, 4, or 3 Apprentice Plumber/5+ years' experience in the Plumbing field.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
- Physical ability to perform all work required of this position.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
