About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gas Fitter to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining water heaters and other home comfort solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain water heaters and other home comfort solutions in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with water heaters and other home comfort systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Gas Technician '2' (G2) license.
  • Class G Driver's License.
  • Diagnostic and HVAC maintenance skills for residential equipment.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver water heaters with the assistance of material handling equipment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
