**Job Summary**

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' properties.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing property regulations and city by-laws
  • Access control of entryways and exit points using equipment at your disposal
  • Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
  • Protect clients' assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
  • Complete daily reports and incident reports
  • Provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**

  • Valid Manitoba security guard license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year or more security-related experience is an asset
  • First aid and CPR certification preferred
  • Good communication skills (written/oral)
  • Driver's license and car (asset)
  • Excellent customer service and resourcefulness
  • Good adaptability
