The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Case Manager and Emergency Response Specialist. This position will be responsible for providing critical support to vulnerable populations and responding to emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide case management services to clients, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services
- Respond to emergency situations, including crisis intervention and support
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community members
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as social work or a related field
- Experience working with vulnerable populations and in emergency response situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Working Conditions
- Work will be performed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- May be required to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
- May be required to travel to various locations throughout the province
