Case Manager and Emergency Response Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Case Manager and Emergency Response Specialist with the Government of Saskatchewan, you will play a critical role in supporting vulnerable populations and responding to emergency situations. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to clients, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services
- Respond to emergency situations, including crisis intervention and support
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service delivery
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as social work or psychology
- Experience working with vulnerable populations and in emergency response situations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Membership in a relevant professional association, such as the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers
- Fluency in an official language of Canada, both written and spoken
