Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the synthesis and delivery of strategic and operational financial advisory services to the Housing Programs Finance team. This includes developing and implementing financial models, conducting financial analyses, and providing recommendations to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. They will also possess strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. They will also be highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.
  • Conduct financial analyses to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
