Job Role

We are looking for a Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing CRM to deliver business value by improving forecasting and sales performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive process improvements to enhance sales performance and forecasting.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  3. Optimize Salesforce workflows to improve data accuracy and integrity.
  4. Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
  5. Provide training and support to Salesforce users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and spoken English required, Spanish or Portuguese desirable.
