Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Laugh N' Learn ABC Guarderia. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers with care and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote learning and growth, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all children.
  • Engage children in activities that encourage creativity, such as storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to establish a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, submitting written observations and reports as required.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic childcare setting
