Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Laugh N' Learn ABC Guarderia. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a high standard of care
  • Lead activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on outings
  • Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records and preparing reports for parents and guardians
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
