Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Trust Services Managers in administrative tasks related to trust and protection mandates.
  • Collect and maintain client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate activities with stakeholders to process and advance files efficiently.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and their experts, providing timely and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with Trust Services Managers to develop investment and communication policies for clients.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, focusing on digitization and client communication.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the client experience path, including meeting preparation and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Investment or financial planning knowledge, an asset.
