About the Role:

At FEENSTRA ARCHITECTURE INC, we are seeking a skilled Drafting Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for supervising other drafting personnel, training new staff, and developing design sketches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train drafting personnel to ensure high-quality design work.
  • Develop and prepare design sketches, construction specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Prepare contracts and tenders, and write technical reports and specifications.
  • Examine drawings for conformity and errors, and consult with clients and engineers to establish product requirements.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in drafting or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT and other design software.
