Role Overview

As an Insurance Broker at Western Financial, you will play a key role in meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals. Your primary responsibility will be to build lasting relationships with customers, helping them protect what matters most to them.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email
• Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
• Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
• Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
• Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business

Requirements

• No prior experience is required, and we will provide applicable training for the right candidate
• RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
• Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
• Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
• Working experience in EPIC is an asset
