Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at OBC AUTOMOTIVE LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, confirming findings with supervisors, and adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components of automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Use specialized tools and equipment to inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
  • Confirm Findings with Supervisors: Work with supervisors to confirm findings and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements.
  • Adjust, Repair, or Replace Parts: Use your technical skills to adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems.
  • Estimate Parts and Labour Costs: Provide accurate estimates for parts and labour costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance Service: Perform routine maintenance services to ensure vehicles are running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience an Asset: While experience is an asset, we are willing to train the right candidate.
