About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Lead to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, troubleshooting and modifying software programs for material handling control systems, and providing technical support to our control system technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement control systems assessments to maintain and improve equipment reliability
  • Partner with Facility Operations leadership, equipment vendors, and parts suppliers to plan and coordinate new technology installations
  • Communicate technical issues and project timelines with building leadership, operations, and the maintenance team
  • Develop training plans for Control Systems Technicians
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Motor Controls, programming HMI components, and Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs
  • 5+ years of experience with Robotics system components and controls
  • 3+ years of experience with SCADA systems and KPI's
  • Experience interpreting and modifying mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership and project management experience
  • Experience with ASRS systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $48.00 – $48.96 CAD per year, plus opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location

This role is based in Delta, BC, and requires on-site work.
